Help! Troubleshooting Common Problems

My words are all in one big magnet, not separated as I envisioned them...
- In Step 3 ("Add Magnets"), you need to use the "vertical line" (also called "pipe") character to separate your magnets. It looks like this: |
- On a U.S. keyboard, this character is above the return key, and you need to use the shift button to type it.
- Or, you can copy and paste the example | character from the instructions when you're on Step 3 of the Magnet Maker.
I used the | character to separate my words into magnets, but they're still displaying all in one big magnet...
- Are you typing in a language other than English? If so, you may need to switch your keyboard/language to English in order to type the | character correctly. For example, a Japanese | is not the same as a U.S. |.
- Or, you can copy and paste the example | character from the instructions when you're on Step 3 of the Magnet Maker.
